Currently, you can ship gift cards in the same order to only one destination.
You can place different orders to have the gift cards mailed to different destinations.
If a package cannot be delivered to the recipient because the address provided is incomplete or incorrect, the purchaser is required to pay the shipping fee again to have the package re-shipped to the correct address.

There is no shipping fee for orders over $100. Otherwise, a fee of $2 will apply.
If you select credit cards for purchasing gift cards, there will be a 3% bank processing fee.
If you select Interac Online for gift cards, there is no charge for orders over $200. Otherwise, if the order is less than $200, a fee of $0.85 will apply.
Unfortunately, Foodoncart does not accept any returns or exchanges for gift cards. Foodoncart will allow for exchanges only if an incorrect shipment happens and it is due to an error made by Foodoncart.
Any Fund return with e-transfer before shipment will be charged $1.50 processing fee from Bank.

You can send an email to the customer service department to inquire about the status of your order. Please be sure to include the invoice number from the confirmation email you received after placing your order.
Because Foodoncart receives numerous orders on a daily basis, the customer service department will not be able to follow up on your inquiry without this information.
Saturday, Sunday and Holiday deliveries are not available. To process the orders efficiently, our scheduled shipment day is Tuesday and Friday.
All orders requested to be sent via major courier companies MUST include the complete and correct phone number of the recipient (including area code). Failure to provide this information will delay your order.
The purchaser will be responsible for additional product or shipping costs involved if the purchaser wishes to replace and/or resend gift cards to his or her intended recipient. The purchaser will be responsible for any additional shipping costs involved in re-shipping returned packages.
Please allow 3-7 business days. Foodoncart is not responsible for undelivered merchandise due to incorrect address information or misdirection by Canada Post.
